Description
A 87
ALCHEMIX A87 Fillite is a glass hard, inert, hollow silicate sphere. It is primarily used to reduce the weight of plastics, rubber, resin and cement etc. It also imparts further benefits in many situations. Due to spherical nature of the particles, increased filler loading and improved rheology can be obtained while using A87 Fillite.
EP 402
ALCHEMIX GELCOAT EP 402 is a two component, mineral filled, brushable, room temperature curing surface coat. Also available in blue.
EP 404
ALCHEMIX GELCOAT EP 404 is a two component, silicon carbide filled, brushable, room temperature curing surface coat. The product has a high abrasion resistance and cannot be machined.
EP 420
ALCHEMIX EP 420 is a two component, metal filled, room temperature curing epoxy resin for production of prefabricated support frames, vacuum forming tools and as a back-filling compound for high temperature applications.
EP 424
ALCHEMIX EP 424 is an aluminium filled, two part epoxy casting system formulated for the construction of tools used in vacuum forming machines and the production of prototypes requiring detail and strength. ALCHEMIX EP 424 can also be used as a general purpose casting resin for situations where a high operating temperature is required. ALCHEMIX EP 424 is formulated to have fast cure with minimal shrinkage, and is highly polishable. The low mixed viscosity ensures excellent detail reproduction. A slow hardener is available for very large or deep castings
EP 426
ALCHEMIX EP 426 is an aluminium filled, two part epoxy casting system formulated for high temperature applications, such as vacuum forming tools. ALCHEMIX EP 426 is formulated to have fast cure with minimal shrinkage, and is highly polishable. The low mixed viscosity ensures excellent detail reproduction. A slow hardener is available for very large or deep castings.
EP 4352
ALCHEMIX EP4352 is enriched with long glass fibre strands, and special fillers in a low-density epoxy resin specially formulated. After mixing both components a very smooth consistency is achieved with good and easy to spread characteristics. Used as a back filling compound to support Rigid Gelcoats and flexible casting compounds.
EP 4905
ALCHEMIX EP4905 is a two part system formulated for casting applications. The mix has a low exotherm and shrinkage. The low mixed viscosity ensures excellent detail reproduction. The cured resin is easily polished and machined.
M 1001
Model Board M1001 is a board and block material with excellent physical properties, which makes it suitable for many different applications.
M 1007
Model Board M1007 is a board and block material with good heat resistance and low coefficient of thermal expansion.
