Alchemie have recently introduced a new ambient cure epoxy resin system, EP5752. The product range demonstrates outstanding mechanical and thermal properties available with a variety of hardeners for specific applications.

The system is formulated to produce high performance composite parts using a wide variety of fibre systems, including carbon fibre, glass fibre and aramid fibre. The system has been formulated to ensure efficient wetting of fibres, eliminating air entrapment, dry spots and porosity in the composite part.

A total of 7 different hardeners are available to pair with EP5752. 3 different hardeners allow the working time and cure speed to be adjusted, and another 4 hardeners allow for specific varying mechanical properties.
