Two Component RIM Machine

Twin drive gear metering pump for ratio range from 4:1 to 20:1 pbv.

Versions meter material direct from supplied 20 or 205 litre drums for high viscosity materials.

For low viscosity material pressure fed containers used to provide positive feed to the metering pumps.

Mixing carried out by disposable static mixer tubes.
