APPLICATION

PU 375 A + B Two component, low odour, prefilled polyurethane system. It has excellent detail of reproduction, fast cure and demould time. The product has low shrinkage and good machinability. 4 – 5 1.15 Kg

PU375SA + B Two component, low odour, prefilled polyurethane system. This system has an extended pot life for larger castings up to 50kg. 10 – 12 4 x 9 kg

1500 75 – 80 Foundry patterns, copy moulds, extended pot life for larger castings.
PU 376 A + B Two component, low odour, prefilled polyurethane system. Prefilled with special metallic fillers.
Processing and low viscosity prevents air entrapment.
Extremely high Tg post cure ensures stability at high temperatures. It has a good surface finish and is easily
polishable.

PU 376SA+ B As PU376 but with extended pot life to facilitate the large castings up to 100 kgs MINIMUM RECOMMENDED THICKNESS IS 15mm 10 – 12 8.05 kg 1500 82 Production of prototype vacuum forming moulds, foundry patterns, copy moulds, fast reproduction moulds & prototypes.
PU 3761 A + B As 376 but with improved adhesive properties & lower viscosity. 2-3 1.15kg 200-400 70-75  
PU 377 A + B Two component, low odour polyurethane system filled with particularly abrasion resistant powders. Very good detailed reproduction and fast curing with low exothermic reaction. Low and time stable shrinkage. 4 – 5 1.15 Kg 1500 82 Foundry patterns, copy models, fast reproduction moulds and prototypes. Ideal where high abrasion resistance is required.
