Since its establishment in 1987 Alchemie has focused upon the formulation, development and marketing of Epoxy and Polyurethane resin systems, RTV Silicone Rubbers and model board. Our scientists have developed products to supply a very wide range of industrial sectors, which include,
A four-year partnership with Warwick University Chemistry Department was the springboard to our resin development programme. This resulted in the production of many advanced and hybrid polymer systems, and has been continued by our in house team of polymer scientists. Alchemie has adopted a forward thinking and innovative approach to addressing the needs of its niche markets. A product range in excess of 275 different materials together with over a thousand formulations for many specialist applications. The unique nature of some of the products provide expanding options and challenge traditional thinking. Examples are a range of Water clear UV stable materials for hand casting in thin section or bulk. A three component flexible material for rapid prototypes to give a shore A hardness between 35 and 95. Part of the Company's growth year on year can be attributed to a philosophy of ensuring the business can react quickly in a fast moving market. This has been achieved by providing responsive, innovative products to meet customer needs, supplemented with a highly flexible approach and a speedy delivery of available products. Alchemie have also been successful in developing a Toll manufacturing business where working under NDA agreements. the company manufacture in bulk, Epoxy putty and pastes for other interested parties. The success of this private, wholly owned Company has resulted in enviable growth, requiring two major site moves. The latest being the occupancy of the current modern office and production facility on our 2-hectare (5-acre) site in Kineton, Warwickshire. In addition to the success achieved in the U.K. Alchemie now supplies overseas markets via a distributor network in Australia, France, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Iran, India, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Russia, Czech Republic, Norway, Singapore and the Middle East. |
