Alchemix RTV Addition Cure Silicones use a platinum crosslinking agent making them dimensionally stable. The cure cycle of these rubbers can be accelerated with heat. The flexibility or Shore A hardness range is between 25-60.

RTV 240

ALCHEMIX RTV 240 is a two component addition cure silicone rubber with the facility to alter the Shore A hardness by the use of different catalysts. Used for the moulding of complicated parts with precise dimensions. There is also a blue catalyst available for thei product.

RTV 250

ALCHEMIX RTV 250 is a two component addition cure silicone rubber with the facility to alter the Shore hardness by the use of different catalysts. Used for the moulding of complicated parts with precise dimensions. There is also a blue catalyst available for this product.

RTV 256

ALCHEMIX RTV 256 is a two component addition cure silicone rubber. Used for the moulding of complicated parts with precise dimensions this oil bleed silicone is specially designed for long mould life and good release.

RTV 260

ALCHEMIX RTV 260 is a two component addition cure silicone rubber. Curing at room temperature the product is used for the moulding of complicated parts with precise dimensions. The cure can be accelerated by using heat.

RTV 272

ALCHEMIX RTV 272 is a two component addition cure silicone rubber with an extremely high tear strength and long mould life. Used for the moulding of complicated parts with precise dimensions.
