The aim at Alchemie is to provide solutions to customer problems through our commitment to quality and innovative development. The wide and increasing range of Epoxy & Polyurethane resin products protect electronic components from extreme and harsh environments that include moisture, vibration, thermal and physical shock, and specific chemical or general contamination.

The Epoxy Resins generally offer a higher temperature range, with lower shrinkage than Polyurethanes. They may also be harder, stronger, have better adhesion to many substrates, and with superior chemical resistance. The Polyurethane resins can offer greater flexibility, elasticity and abrasion resistance. The possible rapid cure with low exotherm is found useful. Special polyurethane products are particularly interesting for their extreme low temperature flexibility, low di-electric constant or UV stable optical clarity.

Many of our resin formulations for electronic encapsulation are not included in our brochure. Our success in this area is through bespoke product development where our customers have requested specific product properties which have been unavailable to them prior to contacting Alchemie. ALCHEMIX EP4400 is a two part Epoxy resin system formulated to cure to a high gloss surface under extreme conditions.  The cured resin exhibits outstanding electrical characteristics, high level of flame retardancy and good chemical resistance.  The very low exotherm during cure enables both large and small volume mixes with only minimal shrinkage. *UL94-VO Yellow certificate number E213605
EP 4401 / H79
ALCHEMIX EP4401 is a two part Epoxy resin system formulated to cure to a high gloss surface under extreme conditions.  The cured resin exhibits outstanding electrical characteristics and a high level of flame retardancy.
EP 4410 / H78
ALCHEMIX EP4410 is a two part Epoxy system formulated to cure to a high gloss surface under extreme conditions.  The cured resin exhibits outstanding electrical characteristics and a high level of flame retardancy.  The very low exotherm during cure enables both large and small volume mixes with only minimal shrinkage. A very low resin viscosity and surface tension facilitate easy mixing and rapid de-Airing from the mixed resin system
EP 4420
ALCHEMIX EP 4420 is a specially formulated two part system for processing and curing at high temperatures. This uniquely formulated system is totally VOC free and uses anhydride based hardener which gives long working time at ambient temperatures and thoroughly cures at elevated temperatures. It is optimally filled with suitable minerals to give high thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion and flame retardancy equivalent to UL94-V0 standards. This product has excellent adhesion to substrates like metals and has superior temperature cycling resistance.
EP 4511 / H4511
ALCHEMIX EP4511 is a two part, ambient temperature cure, liquid epoxy system; exhibiting outstanding thermal dissipation and electrical characteristics, and a high level of flame retardancy. This system has remarkably low mixed viscosity and when cured shows good electrical properties even at elevated temperatures. This system has coloured hardener to give visual indication of thorough mixing.
EP 4515 / H4515
ALCHEMIX EP4515 is a two part system exhibiting outstanding thermal dissipation characteristics, and a high level of flame retardancy. The mixed system has a remarkably low mixed viscosity and cures at ambient temperatures to a flexible product.
EP 4517
ALCHEMIX EP 4517 ? H4517 is a two part, ambient temperature cure, liquid epoxy system; exhibiting outstanding thermal dissipation and electrical characteristics. This system has remarkably low mixed viscosity and when cured shows good electrical properties even at elevated temperatures.  
EP 4701 / H82
ALCHEMIX EP4701 is a low viscosity Epoxy resin that has a low thermal expansion, very good crack resistance and good thermal cycling.
EP 4752 / H4752
ALCHEMIX EP 4752 is a Low viscosity Epoxy resin that offers a low exothermic reation making it ideal for larger castings. It also posesses low surface tension.
EP 4820 / H103
ALCHEMIX EP4820 is a low viscosity Epoxy resin system, that gives excellent chemical resistance especially against diesel fuel. It can be used at elevated temperatures and below freezing.
