Description
PU 3580
ALCHEMIX PU 3580 is a two component polyurethane foam system, that when mixed gives a medium density soft, elastomeric foam. The foam is self skinning, durable and has excellent physical properties. Typical free rise density is between 140 ? 160 kgm-3, however the foam can be over packed in the mould to give higher densities of up to 500 kgm-3. The final hardness of the foam can be adjusted by small adjustments to the mixing ratio.
PU 3583
ALCHEMIX PU 3583 is a two component polyurethane foam system, that when mixed gives a low density soft, elastomeric foam. The foam is self skinning, durable and has excellent physical properties. Typical free rise density is between 90 ? 110 kgm-3, however the foam can be over packed in the mould to give higher densities of up to 180 kgm-3.  
PU 3587
ALCHEMIX PU 3587 is a two component polyurethane foam system, that when mixed gives a medium density soft, elastomeric foam. The foam is self skinning, durable and has excellent physical properties. Typical free rise density is between 140 ? 180 kgm-3, however the foam can be over packed in the mould to give higher densities of up to 500 kgm-3. The final hardness of the foam can be adjusted by small adjustments to the mixing ratio. The product is ideal for applications requiring a tough, durable foam, such as the manufacture of archery targets.  
PU 3588
ALCHEMIX PU 3588 is a two component polyurethane foam system, that when mixed gives a high density, elastomeric foam. The foam is self skinning, durable and has excellent physical properties. Typical free rise density is between 460 ? 540 kgm-3.
PU 3614
ALCHEMIX PU 3614 is a two component polyurethane foam system, that when mixed gives a low density rigid foam. ALCHEMIX PU 3614 can be used for a variety of applications such as structural infill of hollow components. The foam is durable and has excellent physical properties. Typical free rise density is between 38 – 44 kgm-3.
PU 3615
ALCHEMIX PU 3615 is a two component polyurethane foam system, that when mixed gives a medium density rigid foam. ALCHEMIX PU 3615 can be used for a variety of applications such as structural infill of hollow components. The foam is durable and has excellent physical properties. Typical free rise density is between 80 – 88 kgm-3.  
PU 3615F
ALCHEMIX PU 3615F is a two component polyurethane foam system, that when mixed gives a medium density rigid foam. ALCHEMIX PU 3615F can be used for a variety of applications such as structural infill of hollow components .The foam is durable and has excellent physical properties. Typical free rise density is between 80 – 88 kgm-3. ALCHEMIX PU 3615F is available unpigmented or in black.  
PU 3616
ALCHEMIX PU 3616 is a two component polyurethane foam system, that when mixed gives a medium density rigid foam. ALCHEMIX PU 3616 can be used for a variety of applications such as structural infill of hollow components. The foam is durable and has excellent physical properties. Typical free rise density is between 150 – 160 kgm-3.

ALCHEMIX PU 3617 can be used for a variety of applications such as structural infill of hollow components .The foam is durable and has excellent physical properties. Typical free rise density is between 240 – 260 kgm-3.
