Alchemix Pre-Filled Fastcast Polyurethane Resins are characterised by the filler powder included at the manufacture stage. The products are pre weighed and can be mixed in the container they are supplied in. They are easy to machine, have good temperature stability, abrasion resistance, low viscosity and very simple to process.

ALCHEMIX PU375 is a two component, low odour, prefilled fastcast polyurethane system. It has excellent detail of reproduction, fast cure and demould time. The product has low shrinkage and good machinability.
PU 376
ALCHEMIX PU376 is a two component, low odour, prefilled fastcast polyurethane system. Prefilled with special metallic fillers. Easy processing and low viscosity prevents air entrapment. Extremely high Tg post cure ensures stability at high temperatures. It has a good surface finish and is easily polishable.
PU 376S
ALCHEMIX PU 376S is a two component low odour polyurethane system to which specific dry fillers have already been added.   The system has an extended pot life to allow for larger castings up to 50 Kg.   The material is ideal for making resin moulds and vacuum forming tools.
