Description
EP 502
ALCHEMIX EP 502 is a very low viscosity, laminating and casting resin, with a choice of hardeners. When used for laminating, the low viscosity of ALCHEMIX EP 502 allows excellent wetting of fibres and fillers. ALCHEMIX EP 502 is formulated for use in backfilling compositions using mineral or metallic fillers and for laminates requiring good flexural strength.
EP 504
ALCHEMIX EP 504 is a very low viscosity, cold-curing, unfilled epoxy resin system. The low viscosity resin produces excellent wetting of fibres and fillers. The rapid demould time makes this product ideally suited for track side repairs. A choice of three different hardeners is available, allowing fast cure in a variety of conditions.
EP 519
ALCHEMIX EP 519 with HARDENER H3, H7 or H8 is a cold-curing, two part, unfilled epoxy resin system. It is formulated for use in backfilling compositions using mineral or metallic fillers and for laminates requiring good flexural strength. It has excellent adhesion to metallic and insulating materials. It can also be used for applications such as coating of insulating tapes and locking of screws etc.
EP 519 / H50
ALCHEMIX EP 519 / H50 is a general purpose laminating resin for laminates requiring good flexural strength. The low viscosity of ALCHEMIX EP 519 / H50 allows excellent wetting of fibres, such as carbon fibre.
EP 521 / H521 / A521
ALCHEMIX EP 521 is a three part epoxy laminating system consisting of Resin, Hardener and Accelerator. The product has very low initial viscosity, low shrinkage and excellent reproduction of detail. Rate of cure may be adjusted by altering the quantity of Accelerator.
EP 522
ALCHEMIX EP 522 is a ultra low viscosity epoxy resin system, specifically designed for vacuum bagging and resin infusion applications. The ultra low viscosity produces excellent wetting of fibre reinforcements such as glass, carbon or aramid fibre.
EP 571 / H3 (Fast) / H8 (Slow)
ALCHEMIX EP 571 is a high temperature laminating resin system. It has low viscosity, enabling good wetting of fibres and fillers. A superior modified resin system, possessing good heat distortion resistance, used with HARDENER H3 or H8 either singly or blended produces versatility in pot life and cure time. ALCHEMIX EP 571 is formulated for applications such as RIM tooling, marine, aerospace, vacuum forming tooling and other applications requiring high heat dimensional stability.
ALCHEMIX EP571 is a two part laminating and casting resin. Low viscosity producing good wetting of fibres and fillers. A superior modified resin system possessing good heat distortion resistance, used with Hardeners H3 or H8 either singly or blended produces versatility in Pot Life and Cure Time.
EP 574
ALCHEMIX EP 574 / H574 is a two part, ambient temperature cure, epoxy system; exhibiting outstanding mechanical and thermal properties. This system has low mixed viscosity and when cured shows excellent high temperature and physical properties. This system has excellent wetting properties for various fibre systems including glass fibre, aramid fibre and carbon fibre etc.
EP 575
ALCHEMIX EP 575 is a two part, ambient temperature cure, epoxy system; exhibiting outstanding mechanical and thermal properties. This system has low mixed viscosity and when cured shows excellent high temperature and physical properties. This system has excellent wetting properties for various fibre systems including glass fibre, aramid fibre and carbon fibre etc. The system is suitable for a variety of applications including hand lay up and RTM.
EP 5751/H15
ALCHEMIX EP 5751 / H15 is a two part, ambient temperature cure, epoxy system, exhibiting outstanding mechanical and thermal properties. This system has remarkably low mixed viscosity and when cured shows good material properties. This system has excellent wetting properties for various fibre systems including glass fibre, aramid fibre and carbon fibre etc.
