Description
EP 420
ALCHEMIX EP 420 is a two component, metal filled, room temperature curing epoxy resin for production of prefabricated support frames, vacuum forming tools and as a back-filling compound for high temperature applications.
EP 421
ALCHEMIX EP 421 is an extremely high performance castable, two-component, aluminium filled epoxy resin system. The cured system is formulated for the combination of high strength, high glass transition temperature, and thermal properties needed for injection moulding applications. ALCHEMIX EP 421 can produce injection moulds capable of moulding high quality prototype and short-run production parts. The moulds can be built from existing parts and models such as SLA, machined modelboard or other patterns.
EP 424
ALCHEMIX EP 424 is an aluminium filled, two part epoxy casting system formulated for the construction of tools used in vacuum forming machines and the production of prototypes requiring detail and strength. ALCHEMIX EP 424 can also be used as a general purpose casting resin for situations where a high operating temperature is required. ALCHEMIX EP 424 is formulated to have fast cure with minimal shrinkage, and is highly polishable. The low mixed viscosity ensures excellent detail reproduction. A slow hardener is available for very large or deep castings
EP 425
ALCHEMIX EP 425 is an aluminium filled, two part epoxy casting system formulated for high temperature applications, such as vacuum forming tools. ALCHEMIX EP 425 is formulated to have fast cure with minimal shrinkage, and is highly polishable. Heat stability up to of 160°C can be achieved with post curing.
EP 426
ALCHEMIX EP 426 is an aluminium filled, two part epoxy casting system formulated for high temperature applications, such as vacuum forming tools.   ALCHEMIX EP 426 is formulated to have fast cure with minimal shrinkage, and is highly polishable. The low mixed viscosity ensures excellent detail reproduction. A slow hardener is available for very large or deep castings.
EP 490
ALCHEMIX EP 490 is a room temperature curing, two component mineral filled epoxy resin system. ALCHEMIX EP 490 is formulated for production of master moulds, models and prototypes, and for use as a back filling compound. The system has a choice of hardeners.
EP 4905
ALCHEMIX EP4905 is a two part system formulated for casting applications. The mix has a low exotherm and shrinkage.  The low mixed viscosity ensures excellent detail reproduction. The cured resin is easily polished and machined.
EP 596
ALCHEMIX EP 596 is a low viscosity epoxy resin system specifically formulated for use in demanding industrial applications such as heavy duty corrosion protection, structural adhesives and civil engineering. ALCHEMIX EP 596 has a long working time, but will cure at low temperatures and in damp conditions, enabling it to be used in many different environments.
