Description
EP 402B
ALCHEMIX GELCOAT EP 402B is a two component, mineral filled, brushable, room temperature curing surface coat. Also available in White.
EP 425
ALCHEMIX EP 425 is an aluminium filled, two part epoxy casting system formulated for high temperature applications, such as vacuum forming tools. ALCHEMIX EP 425 is formulated to have fast cure with minimal shrinkage, and is highly polishable. Heat stability up to of 160°C can be achieved with post curing.
EP 426
ALCHEMIX EP 426 is an aluminium filled, two part epoxy casting system formulated for high temperature applications, such as vacuum forming tools. ALCHEMIX EP 426 is formulated to have fast cure with minimal shrinkage, and is highly polishable. The low mixed viscosity ensures excellent detail reproduction. A slow hardener is available for very large or deep castings.
M 1001
Model Board M1001 is a board and block material with excellent physical properties, which makes it suitable for many different applications.
PU 3410
ALCHEMIX PU 3410 is a soft flexible polyurethane system of 40 shore A, it has a low viscosity and is used for mould making or prototype parts requiring highly elastomeric properties.
PU 3426
ALCHEMIX PU 3426 is a tough flexible polyurethane system of 57 – 63 Shore A, designed specifically for offshore applications requiring good tensile strength and chemical resistance. The system exhibits a rapid development of properties while retaining a relatively long useable life.
PU 343
ALCHEMIX PU 343 is a semi flexible polyurethane system of 87 – 92 Shore A, used for mould making or prototype parts requiring semi rigidity.
PU 364
ALCHEMIX PU364 is a two component, low odour, fastcast polyurethane system which is designed for thin sections or casting to 20mm thick. The material has a very quick demould time and is designed to be used unfilled.
PU 3652
ALCHEMIX PU 3652 is an unfilled two component polyurethane system, which has no odour and very low viscosity. Mineral and metallic fillers may be added to it in variable ratios depending on the casting thickness. This economical casting resin can be used to produce ultra-fine details in model making or as a low viscosity casting resin for pattern making. ALCHEMIX PU 3652 is recommended for use in open moulds.
PU 3670
ALCHEMIX PU 3670 is an unfilled, no odour, low viscosity two component polyurethane system to which mineral and metallic fillers can be added in either the suggested or variable ratios depending on the application and the required thickness of the casting. ALCHEMIX PU 3670 can be used to produce ultra-fine detail in model-making, or as a low viscosity casting resin for pattern-making.
