Description
A 83
ALCHEMIX A83 is an aluminium powder that can be added to specific resins to alter the properties.
A 85
ALCHEMIX A85 is a mineral filler consisting of Silica sand, which can be added to specific resins to alter the properties.
A 87
ALCHEMIX A87 Fillite is a glass hard, inert, hollow silicate sphere. It is primarily used to reduce the weight of plastics, rubber, resin and cement etc. It also imparts further benefits in many situations. Due to spherical nature of the particles, increased filler loading and improved rheology can be obtained while using A87 Fillite.
A 89
ALCHEMIX A89 is an untreated fumed silica. It is a synthetic, amorphous, colloidal silicon dioxide that is generally regarded as unique because of it’s unusual particle characteristics. A89’s extremely small particle size, it’s enormous surface area, it’s high purity, and it’s chain-forming tendencies set it apart in a class of it’s own. A89 is a light, fluffy powder that is white in appearance and is used in many applications and in a variety of industries.
A 91
ALCHEMIX A91 is a Aluminium trihydroxide filler powder which is generally used with our fast cast resin products to alter the properties and bulk the material out.
EP 401
ALCHEMIX GELCOAT EP 401 is a two component, iron filled, brushable, room temperature curing surface coat. GELCOAT EP 401 is designed for use in polyurethane foam moulds, resin injection moulds, foundry patterns and vacuum forming tools.
EP 404
ALCHEMIX GELCOAT EP 404 is a two component, silicon carbide filled, brushable, room temperature curing surface coat. The product has a high abrasion resistance and cannot be machined.
EP 435
ALCHEMIX EP435 is enriched with long glass fibre strands, and special fillers in a low-density epoxy resin specially formulated. After mixing both components a very smooth consistency is achieved with good and easy to spread characteristics. Used as a back filling compound to support rigid Gelcoats and flexible casting compounds.
EP 4905
ALCHEMIX EP4905 is a two part system formulated for casting applications. The mix has a low exotherm and shrinkage. The low mixed viscosity ensures excellent detail reproduction. The cured resin is easily polished and machined.
EP 521 / H521 / A521
ALCHEMIX EP 521 is a three part epoxy laminating system consisting of Resin, Hardener and Accelerator. The product has very low initial viscosity, low shrinkage and excellent reproduction of detail. Rate of cure may be adjusted by altering the quantity of Accelerator.
