PU 3425
ALCHEMIX PU3425 is a hard but flexible PU for moulding parts where semi rigidity is required.
PU 3501
ALCHEMIX PU 3501 is a flexible polyurethane moulding system with excellent tear strength and high elongation. ALCHEMIX PU 3501 is formulated for a broad field of applications where a high degree of flexibility and strength is required.

ALCHEMIX R5 is a wax based aerosol release agent, which is free of silicone and chlorohydrocarbons. When applied in a thin coating, the carrier easily and quickly evaporates, leaving a thin film of wax on the surface. The wax can take temperatures up to 100°C without melting and boiling.

ALCHEMIX R7 is a wax based liquid release agent, which is free of chlorohydrocarbons and silicone. When applied in a thin coating, the carrier easily and quickly evaporates, leaving a thin film of wax on the surface. The wax can take temperatures up to 90°C without melting and boiling.
RTV 136
ALCHEMIX RTV 136 is a two-component condensation cure, low viscosity silicone rubber. Suitable for mould making, producing replicas of polyester, epoxy resins, urethane foam and wax etc. It can precisely reproduce the shape of the original model. ALCHEMIX RTV 136 has exceptionally high tear strength and good elongation. There are a number of catalysts available for this product. .
RTV 137
ALCHEMIX RTV 137 is a two-component condensation cure, low viscosity silicone rubber. Suitable for mould making, producing replicas of polyester, epoxy resins, urethane foam and wax etc. It can precisely reproduce the shape of the original model. ALCHEMIX RTV 137 has exceptionally high tear strength and good elongation. The cure rate and potlife can be altered by varying the catalyst addition between 2-5%.
RTV 272
ALCHEMIX RTV 272 is a two component addition cure silicone rubber with an extremely high tear strength and long mould life.   Used for the moulding of complicated parts with precise dimensions.
UP 8900
ALCHEMIX UP8900 is a General purpose (Lloyds approved) laminating resin BS 3532 type.
UP 8930
ALCHEMIX UP8930 is a tooling gelcoat based on vinylester resin which provides maximum resistance to chemicals and solvents. UP8930 lends the mould a lasting high gloss finish which will stand up to relatively large number of lifts between each waxing and polishing operation provided the tooling gelcoat is properly cured.
